I have upgraded my cellphone contract with Vodacom in April 2013. there was a special on the Smart Advanced Package with an free IPhone 5. I have signed for 450 anytime minutes, 180 more weekend minutes and 180 more Vodacom to Vodacom anytime minutes.
after the first month I see that Vodacom didn't give me the more Vodacom to Vodacom minutes and to date haven't received them. I have complaint with Vodacom Hillcrest numerous times but nothing happened. they say the special expired by that time me signing the contract and that is how it is.
I unfortunately didn't take a copy of the contract from them (which is my fault)
what must I do???
