TRYING TO CANCEL A CONTRACT I DIDN'T WANT

MY CONTRACT WITH VODACOM EXPIRES JANUARY 2014. I HAVE DECIDED NOT TO RENEW MY CONTRACT WITH VODACOM, BUT JUST GO FOR THE PAY- AS- YOU- GO-OPTION. ON THE 25TH OF NOVEMBER 2013, VODACOM PHONED ME TELLING ME IT'S TIME TO GRADE UP. AS I WAS NOT INTERESTED, THE LADY SAID IT'S ONLY AN UPGRADING. THEY WILL DELIVER THE PHONE AND I MUST ONLY SIGN THE INVOICE. THERE WILL BE NO COSTS, BECAUSE I'M A PENSIONER. ON THE 26TH OF NOVEMBER 2013, IT WAS DELIVERED AND BECAUSE IT WAS UNACCEPTABLE, I PHONED VODACOM ON THE 27TH OF NOVEMBER 2013 TO COLLECT IT. ON THE 29TH OF NOVEMBER 2013, ABSA BANK NOTIFIED ME THAT VODACOM WITHDREW R291-51 FROM MY BANK ACCOUNT. ON THE 2ND OF DECEMBER 2013, I TOOK IT TO VODACOM IN BROOKLYN. THEY DIDN'T WANT TO TAKE IT. THE LADY AT THE COUNTER CONNECTED ME WITH "HEADQUARTERS"ON THEIR PHONE AND THE MAN, SUPPOSE TO BE THE CANCELLING AUTHORITY (WAS THIS A HOAX TO GET RID OF ME?) ASSURED ME THAT HE CANCELLED EVERYTHING AND WILL SEND A COURIER TO FETCH THE PHONE. AS YOU HAVE GUESSED, THE PHONE IS STILL WITH ME. I HAVE DIALLED EVERY NUMBER THEY GAVE ME. THEY PUT ME ON HOLD, SO LONG AS 25 MINUTES, AND THEN... I'M DISCONNECTED. PLEASE HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
