In spite of my complaint regarding bad service only five weeks ago, once again there is a major problem. The e-mail system went down this morning at 07:02 and now, six hours later, it is still down. What is wrong with these people? How come other service providers are able to keep their systems going and @lantic can't? The promises made last month about service improvement were, in other words, just empty promises. Terrible...
