In Aug 13 my debit order for my samsung bounced back, when I phone the 8ta customer service they said they will take he debit order again on Sept 15. Sept 15 came and went and no debit order. Now this is my fault??? Now in Oct 15 they took it off 3x the monthly rate which is correct but 1st of all this wasn't my fault this was theirs! And now I have to wait 2 weeks before they might reconnect me??? // How does this work??? How do they do business???
