I opened a cheque account with ABSA years ago.
At some stage without my consent a debit order for Voxcons was added to my account.
I have tried numerous times to get ABSA to cancel the debit order. Their response was that I have to contact the service provider and cancel it with them. I tried using the information they gave me to write a letter to Voxcons with no response. Through my own investigation I found on hello peter that it is actually @lantic that debited my account and ABSA without my consent outsourced my ISP service that I had with them to @lantic.
@lantic removed their cancelation e-mail address form previous hello peter complaints(Very cunning). So to any other ABSA clients struggling with this scheme. E-mail your cancelation request to [Email Removed] referring to your debit order reference eg.R 123 456 their number 0878050530(btw they supplied the wrong number in the other hello peter complaint). I am still waiting for the confirmation of cancelation from @lantic reference VSR-1648544. I am sure ABSA along with @lantic defrauds thousands of clients in this manner.
