I registered with the Weekly Baby E mail at 19 weeks pregnant. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant and have only received TWO correct baby e mails in the correct/relevant weeks!!! I have made numerous calls, e mails, complaints to various people, week after week!! Today I received Week 29!!! Im 25 weeks pregnant!! Unbelievable!!! Are nobody at Discovery capable of doing something as simple and easy as sending a pre-typed e mail in the system, in the correct week??? Everytime I speak to a consultant and big promises are being made time after time that the problem will be rectified... just to be disappointed again!!! Such pathetic service its disgusting!!! I registered with [URL Removed] and reveived the CORRECT e mail - Week 25 after several minutes!! Now thats what I call service - something this country do not know how to spell!!! Should I hold back my monthly debit order to you and also make false empty promises to pay week after week??? Oh no, there will be major complications and problems hey!!! But because you are such a big company you think you are untouchable and almighty you can treat your members like!!! Unacceptable and absolutely disgusting Discovery!!!
