Ever since ABSA sold its ISP business to @lantic, the level of service, especially on the e-mail side, has degraded substantially. Earlier today I discovered there is once again a problem where some of my e-mails that I've been sending out since Tuesday haven't reached their destinations. This makes it the fourth major problem in seven weeks and the second problem in only four days! And the weirdest part of the problem is that it appears to be affecting e-mails to other @lantic users! I have had to change server names about six times in the last two years or so. Some of the problems simply illustrate the pure incompetence of the people working there. Complaints about the bad service is a waste of time too. It seems @lantic management is just not interested. Terrible...
