About a week ago @lantic's e-mail service was down - once again - for about three days! After numerous futile calls to their call center I wrote to Hello Peter and a lady by the name of Phiana de Villiers phoned me. She was very helpful but the problem re-emerged today. I am again without a reliable e-mail cervice and am losing money as a result. I find it totally unprofessional that the senior personnel of @lantic keep on dodging the bullets and leave it to call center operaters to keep the customers happy. I have noticed that Hello Peter receives a lot of complaints along this line. Apparently the CEO of @lantic is blissfully unaware of the image his/her company is building for itself. I am losing money Mr/Ms CEO because of your company's inability to deliver an acceptable service. Please do something about it, you owe it to your paying customers!!
