The e-mail service rendered by @lantic is totally unacceptable. During the past week or two there has been two occasion when I was unable to use their e-mail service for a very long time because their engineers were apparently not able to fix a problem. I am currently unable to connect via @lantic and had been so since yesterday morning. Calls to them merely are a waste of time, the refrain "our engineers are attending to the problem" is becoming all too familiar. The call centre cannot, or will not, supply more detail. The operators refuse to put the call through to a more senior person and refuse to give any telephone numbers of senior personnel. I am using e-mail to earn money and have missed a few deadlines because of Atlantic's's inability to render a proper service. The lady at the call centre was, for obvious reasons, unable to tell me whether I will be reimbursed for the money I have lost.
