Here we go again. After my previous complaint on hello Peter the service from @lantic was acceptable untill now.
Once again we experiencing problems in receiving emails and connectivity and again we were not notified.
I do not understand why @lantic can not drop us a notice by sms or cellphone about the problem.
Contacting @lantic you receive a message like from a Parrot "No time frame for repairs" Surely their "Engineers" would be able to communicate a time frame for repairs.
Would be looking for another service provider that would treasure and respect their clients. Hoping Management will take notice regarding the complaints from their clients.
