Absolutely appalling service from @tlantic whose mail server has been non operational since last Wednesday afternoon (January 30th around 17h00) I have not been able to receive or send my email. Their mail server authentication appears to be the problem (no webmail or Outlook access and no logon via Blackberry and iPad.) Calls to the service centre are met with an incompetent and ignorant response from the 'customer service consultants' who say they don't know what the problem is and have not been informed by management. One consultant informed me @lantic are 'migrating to a new mail server'. No courtesy message was sent to clients prior to this, nor does anyone at @lantic appear to be able to tell me when the problem will be sorted out. I AM FED UP!!!
