So I used about 106gb of Internet during the last 30 days on the so called "premium" 1mb all inclusive package. My usage for the month of October is around 49gb and the rest of that has been taken from the month of September. Why on earth would you throttle somebody over 2 months usage??? Why not throttle on a calender month to month basis???
Ridiculous really! Then if you want to cancel with Mweb, you can only do so on the 30th of each month provided you have notified them a calender month earlier. I find this very surprising, since throttling is done over 30 day usage period so why isn't the cancellation policy similar???
To Mweb, don't bother contacting me because I know this isn't going to go anywhere as I have already cancelled with you in any case. The whole point of this report was to make users aware of your business practices.
