I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S4 from Cell C. I then cancelled my contract due to connectivity issues at the Cell C branch within 7 days and returned the handset. Victor who handled my cancellation at the Rosebank branch assured me that everything is fine and I will incur no costs.
At the end of September my account was then debited with R450. I only had the phone for 5 days but my account was debited with the full monthly cost. I have since then been to the store 3 times now trying to sort this out. After 2 months this contract is still not cancelled and I have still not received a refund.
I tried calling the call centre repeatedly and they say that the store has not done an item return on the system. and I can't be refunded. Why am I the customer being penalised for the lack of competence of your cell c staff at the branch???
I have called and emailed the Rosebank store on several occassions and there has still been no progress after two months!!! No one has helped me!!!
I need this to be sorted out before my account gets debited again at the end of October. I do not have this phone anymore!!
I am tired of the pathetic service I have received from Cell C!!
