Uncapped still throttling -new month

After my first complaint about the insane throttling on the uncapped service a agent phoned me and explained a bunchnof stuff to me that i already knew. Any case i already cancelled the service but obviously i still have to recieve the next months service.

So know ive bared with the 0, 15Mbps speed until know. Just wanted to say i have a 10 MB Line so basicly Mweb is throttling me from 8Mbps to 0.15! So today is a new month and i thought New Month, bettervspeed.
I was wrong!

I feel that Mweb breached the contract according to the contract Throttle means the bandwidth management practice used to manage internet traffic whereby your connection speed may be reduced based on your usage patterns and usage history at the
discretion of MWEB;

It takes me 5 Min to open the MWeb site! How is that prioritizing web browsing?

Like i said I cancelled but i cant have this slow internet for the next month after paying R360!

So please resolve this issue! And dont call me to tell me reset the router, ive done it and its still slow!!!
