Uncapped ADSL from Mweb is not uncapped

About 2 weeks ago, my boss was called to ask if he would like to upgrade our uncapped ADSL. He said no thank you, what do we need to upgrade uncapped for? Since then our internet has been so slow. Today I called, and was told its because our usage is too high so our internet has been throttled. Apparently, they have an average threshold and when you go over that, they throttle your account. So even though you have uncapped, you can't use uncapped amount of bandwidth. No, they control how much you are allowed to use - blatant about uncapped. When asked what the average threshold is, I was told this data is not available to them or the public? So you can have uncapped, but don't use more than, we're not sure how much! Throttle of you service is also only meant to last a few days according to them, but ours has been more than 2 weeks. When checking my bandwidth usage report, this month has been lower than any of the last 12 months usage - but I was told our throttling (which has never happened before) is due to our high usage and not us declining their sales upgrade. So uncapped from Mweb, is not uncapped - but how much usage, they can't tell you either.
