I have a 2mb uncapped line with mweb which is throttled so badly its unusable. My data count for September was 74gigs. All of mwebs competitors offer uncapped with at least a 200gig fair usage policy. Mweb throttled my line so bad, its almost impossible just to view a web page. Its now the 1st October and my line is still throttled! According to mweb the throttle is lifted at the beginning of the month but yet I am still throttled!
