I upgraded to the Z10 on Thursday the 10th of October 2013, Saturday when my Phone was eventually activated after a mess around regarding the sim swap I noticed that my Speaker isn't working, I Logged a call for the Faulty Phone on Monday the 14th of October 2013. Call # S3-T3AIE-EI-WMO. no calls was made to notify my of status of the collection, I have been phoning Vodacom to find out what is going on. Today again I phone and I was told that it's still pending and cannot as advise when my new phone will be delivered
