My new iPhone 5S was delivered to me last week Thursday, 16 January 2014, only to find that I have no internet. I have called Vodacom everyday since Thursday only to be sent from pillar to post with a different reason as to why the phone doesn't work. Went to a Vodacom shop and spoke to a call centre agent who both confirmed that the phone is faulty and I should call 0821950 and have them replace the phone. Today I'm told that the phone won't be replaced and I should take it to a Vodacare shop for repairs. After being a Vodacom client for over 10 years I am completely disgusted with the service I have received. Needless to say I have cancelled the contract and asked them to come and collect their faulty phone. I don't see why I must pay for a phone which doesn't work and be treated the way I have been. Never again will I even consider being a Vodacom client after the service I have received and I will most definitely not be recommending them to friends and family as I once did. I'm totally disappointed.
