I called in at the Vodacom call centre to upgrade my contract phone to get a Blackberry 9720 on the 09th October 2013, they phone was delivered on the 11th October 2013. After using the phone for the weekend, I realised that it has a faulty battery, which did not not last for half a day, I was only receiving % making calls on the phone, not using any social networks as yet, but the battery was dying out after 5 hours. Called in the centre on the 16th October, as I was still covered by the warranty, they told me that someone will come and pick up the phone and bring me a new one, I had since waited, it is now 12 days waiting to get my phone, what a pathetic delivery turnaround time, considering the first delivery was done within 48 hours, now it is more that 12 days. They gave me this ref no. for the query: S3-T3C20-0H7Y6
