PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I UPGRADED MY CONTRACTS (2), RECEIVED BOTH MY PHONES ON THE 02.10.13.THE NOKIA LUMIA WAS ONLY ACTIVATED ON MONDAY THE 07TH OCTOBER, 4 DAYS LATER AS IT HAD A MICRO SIM.I USED THE PHONE FOR 3 DAYS AND IT KEPT GOING ON AND OFF.BY THURSDAY IT FROZE COMPLETELY.I LOGGED THE CALL ON FRIDAY MORNING AT 8:30AM.IN A NUTSHELL I ONLY HAD THE PHONE FOR 3 DAYS.I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND BY CALL CENTRE AGENTS TO BOOK THE PHONE IN.I THEN CALLED THE JHB CUSTOMER CARE AND SPOKE TO NELSON MAUNDA WHO I THOUGHT WOULD ASSIST ME.HE HANDED OVER THE QUERY TO VUSIMUZI MOKOENA WHO INITIALLY BOOKED THE PHONE IN WITH THE WRONG IMEI NUMBER.I HAVE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND SINCE THE 11TH OCTOBER.BEAR IN MIND I HAD TO PAY MY SUBS AT THE END OF OCTOBER EVEN THOUGH I DIDNT HAVE THE PHONE.I AM NOW FORCED TO ACCEPT THE FAULTY PHONE AS CELL C'S TECHNICIANS BELIEVE THERE IS NOTHING WRONG WITH IT.I MUST HAVE BEEN LOSING MY MIND TO BOOK IN A PHONE THAT WAS WORKING PERFECTLY.I WAS TOLD TODAY BY VUSI THAT I CAN CANCEL MY CONTRACT BUT WILL HAVE TO PAY A FEE.THIS IS UTTER NONSENSE AND I WILL NOT ACCEPT THE FAULTY PHONE AND USE SOMETHING THAT DOESNT WORK PROPERLY FOR THE NEXT TWO YEARS.THIS IS UNETHICAL.
