Worst service in 10 yearsIn april 2012 I upgraded

In april 2012 I upgraded2 a 9380 curve then the speaker was faulty, I took it in on the 5/05/12 & it was replaced. On the 11/02/2013 the buttons at the bottom was faulty and the phone unlocked on its own, the phone was replaced. On the 09/04/2013 the buttons at the bottom were faulty again & the phone was replaced I picked up the phone on the 19/042013, I got home and wanted to restore my blackberry messenger and it said contact service provide I also felt the button at the bottom is loose so I went back to vodacom and they had to switch off my bis and on again. I spoke to the technician & he said the button must set in, what nonsense 'if the other buttons are fine n 1 is loose' I then took the phone & over the weekend I picked up the front cover on the left was loose. Monday the 22/04/2013 it went back in & on the 26/04/2013 I phoned to find out what is happening I was told there is nothing wrong with the phone but they want to take it up... I have made -10 calls from my phone to find out about it I am disgusted with the service & the way I was treated & spoken to in the shop. I now want to cancel my contract & move to another service provider and take it to consumer rights.
