Hi, I upgraded to the Nokia Lumia 920 on the 07 October 2013. The devise was delivered to my work, I did not sign for this? The courier company did not phone me, they delivered the phone without phoning me to arrange delivery. This is not how it is suppose to be??? I opened and activated the devise 21/10/2013. Please verify this with head office. On Thursday, 24/10/2013 the devise stopped working? I advised Norma Sheffers that upgraded me, she said to take it to a branch to check. I took it to Wonderboom, The lady there (Anastasia) checked the phone and confirmed that it didn't want to switch back on. I asked them what I can do, Norma advised me that I can request a Hardware Order, which we did from Hatfield Branch. After we send the devise there. They advised that the phone is working again?? I asked them to please do a hardware order, because I do not want to struggle with a phone that does not work!!! They do not want to. Why should I pay R499 for a contract where I cannot use the phone? It did not want to work, I urgently need to get this sorted, seeing that I must pay this contract? I do not want this phone!!! Please I would rather take the Q10?
