I bought my phone in October last year (2012) at Musina at a vodacom shp (PC WARX) and in March (2013) the phone was not working and i took it back to where i bought it. I spent the whole month without a phone and in May i was given a new phone and told that the old one was faulty. In September (2013) the phone was not working again and i took it back again, i spent 2 weeks without a phone. Then i was given my phone back but the speaker was not adjusted or something bcs i could hear anything. I took it back again and again i had to spent a week without a phone. Im very disappointed about all this and not happy at all honesty looking at my experience i wish i didnt buy this phone from vodacom bcs everytime i take it for repairs im left without a phone a nobody cares while its not my fauld. I called vodaworld, i called polokwane i called call centre no body is willing to listen to my problem. I have my phone back now but i dont know how long it will last. I also called 082911 but im not getting help neither advice on what i should do with the phone now. I regret even buying or using the Network.
