Payments made. Phone still offline

Hi,

My mother came in to pay off the amount due on my contract. After doing so and being assured that the service would remain in tact and that everything was fine by one of your employees my phone was still disconnected.

Upon further enquiry at your respective branch she was told that you guys have no recollection of the payment even though official bank statements show that the exact payment was made at your store.

You guys have done nothing to rectify the situation. After making the situation known and your staff promising to contact us after checking their systems we received no word. We have had to come into the store to try rectify a mistake on your part and even then, after showing them the bank statement they have still made no leeway to correcting it after ASSURING us that everything was good to go and that'd we'd have no further troubles.

I have been phoneless for the past 4 days, I find it ironic that I am being punished for your faults. I'm essentially paying for nothing and wasting my time running after you.

Contact the bank and confirm the payment, it's ridiculous that you expect your customers to pick up your slack.
