I took my BB in as it is on contract and the phone is not functioning like normal. They took my phone in and say they will phone me back within 3 days. They failed to do so and I eventually phoned the Voda shop and enquired about the job-card on the phone. They then tell me: "Oh, yes you can come and collect your phone." Would they have phoned me back if I did not phone them? One day later the phone still gives the same problem. I went again back to the same Voda shop. They simply told me no I have to wait another week for the phone to be repaired. Upon asking about a premature contract the response was: " No you unfortunately do not spend enough money at Vodacom to qualify for a premature contract." So clearly I am not being treated equal as a highly valued customer. And now it is my fault for being able to actually manage my call charges?!?! That is really unprofessional. It is the second week that I am without my cell phone, and I am paying for something I do not have on me right now.
