I complaint about network problems to VODA.
VODA promise to fix, nothing happens.
I request cancellation of contract.
VODA refuse.
I handed matter to Legawize to sort.
Legalwize contact VODA.
VODA contact me, request final payment before TOPUP contract will be cancelled, number also to be converted back to prepaid.
VODA supply me with EFT payment details fax number.
I made full final payment to VODA enter fax number on banking screen.
VODA receive payment.
VODA acknowledge fax while on phone with me.
Account balance now ZERO.
VODA cancel contract, also convert number back to prepaid.
Me very happy.
1 Year Later
VODA never closed my account.
VODA Collection agency 1 harassed me for payment.
I email payments, agency 1 withdraw.
VODA Collection agency 2 harassed me for payment.
I email payments, agency 2 withdraw.
I contact VODA to sort problem.
VODA refuse to help, refer me back to agency 2.
VODA blame agency.
VODA at fault, NO Internal Communication. Account fully paid to VODA before agency handover.
I handed matter to Legawize to sort.
Legalwize contact ICASA.
ICASA contact VODA.
ICASA contact me, forward letter from VODA confirming all above.
VODA list my name on Credit Bureau
