BRAND NEW PHONE OUT OF WARRANTY

I upgraded one of my numerous Voda contracts in March 2013. I signed for the phone (blackberry 9320) at Greenstone Mall, I did not receive any paper work but did not think it would be needed as everything was SUPPOSED to be captured electronically. Shortly after I started using the phone, the phone started freezing & giving all sorts of errors. I took the phone into Voda Festival; they told me it needed a software upgrade which I PAID FOR. Not even a week later, it had the same errors. I took it back; they did the same "upgrade" - only for this to happen AGAIN. They then sent it off to the repair centre (where it remained for 2 months); who let me know that the phone would not be repaired as it was out of warranty, apparently purchased in 2010!!! I went to Festival Mall & asked them to check my records which proved to be a useless exercise! ONCE AGAIN - the phone was sent in... needless to say after 6 times, the phone is now doing THE EXACT SAME THING. I have been a Voda Customer for over 10 years & I have 7 contracts- average spend of between R4-R11 000 per month. AND THIS IS WHAT I GET?!?!?!?!? They may think that they have the monopoly until the house of cards come down!
