I took my phone in for repairs and was not asked if i wanted anything backed up. I got my phone back and the phone was wiped clean!! absolutely everything was lost! the screen protected was put on with bubbles on it and the problems were not fixed.
When i went back to the store after about 20 min, the store manager told me i should have asked for a backup and that it was not his problem. I assumed they would do it and was not even asked if i wanted it done. I told him i wanted a new screen cover as they had put the current one on and it had bubbles, he wanted me to pay some ridiculous price for their bad workmanship which i find totally unacceptable!
It must be just under 3 months after i got my phone 'fixed' and now the track pad, call buttons, return button and BB button are not working all the time as well as the touch screen that does not respond sometimes. The cursor just does its own thing when I am typing which is incredibly frustrating! Also the music player plays 3 songs then all sound doesnt work, not even my alarm until i reboot the phone. I still cant update the phone.
I have no time to go to Voda World in Midrand and dont know what voda shop to go to for help.
