Soft lock is hard lock no more soft lock

Called Vodacom customer care on tuesday 21January, 10h45 to have my temporary voluntary limit increased to enable me to utilize phone. The call center agent assured me that the line is unlocked I checked later at 18h50 my phone still lock. I called Voda same time, the i was told that my phone ll b unlock within 24 hours. I call later after 2 hours, then i was told my request is pending then with new news, i also hv billing of R399 for using phone out of data at 6h30 am, that time i was asleep or preparin to go to work not using phone. I contacted voda today 22 jan to understand wher the R399 come from n i was told that my request is pending.
#each month i try my best to run away from been charged out of bundles by purchasing 1g bundles at r149, which i did even this month on 09 Jan, suprising my bundles r finished n ALREADY charged FOR r399 OUT OF BUNLDES FOR ONLY 06h30 am minute. this tell me that vodacom is expensive network in the world, only for 6h30am i owe them r399

#i went through with vodacom contract n i adviced SA citizen never take voda contract.
#i'm not planning to pay the money, i will refer de matter to consumer rights sorry nt R399 JUST A MINUTE CHARGE
