Vodacom
Phone still not repaired

On Wednesday 16/01/2013 I took my Blackberry 9300 to Voda World for repair. I was having trouble with my battery. I left it at Voda World. I collected my phone on Friday. I was told my battery was replaced. When I turned on my phone I realised my OS had been downgraded from 6 to 5. I didn't understand this because noone explained the necessity of such.

I returned the phone on Saturday and requested a software upgrade back to OS 6.I was told my phone should be done by later that afternoon. I only received a call on Monday, from a Sam telling me my phone was ready for collection.20 min after the call I received an sms telling me my phone 'has been sent for a 'higher level repair to the Advanced Repair Centre.'Noone gave me an explanation to what that meant.

I didn't receive an sms or call telling me my phone is ready for collection so I decided to check on it today. Dealt with a Simphiwe who gave me a 'refurbished' phone with a lose keyboard. She had a terrible attitude and wasn't helpful or apologetic. I refused to accept that phone so she rebooked it. When I took in my phone it only had a battery problem now I have to accept a phone with a lose keyboard. Pure nonsense!!!
