I bought R99 (250mb) data last night for my husbands 3G card. Between 21h15 and 21h35, I sent my daughter pictures via to her email account using the new loaded data.
the only browser opened was the "gmail account browser". I did not log into any other site. at 21h40 the data was depleted. I am unable to get an answer from the call centre as to what could have caused this. this is not the first time this has happened to us.
I also don't understand why data should expire if it has not been used.
