Failed to repay back refund-Again

Again I have to complain, I am on my third complaint that Cell C has still not refunded my bank account after they promised they would. All I am being told is that an EFT has been loaded. I have e mail Busisiwe three times and has failed to reply.

This was her promise on the 25th Sept 2013

I was then overcharged again in September and they have agreed to re pay me.
Cell C now owes over R 1500.00.
