I bought airtime worth R175 yesterday, to get a data, two R12 just vanish and the consultant couldn't account for it. I manage to get 30mb for the last R12 that I bought. Around 5pm I loaded airtime worth R151 and bought promotional data for R149, they could see that on the system and promised to call within 30 minutes, but didn't call. Only got a call after four hours .with no resolution. Now I got an SMS stating that am left with 3 megabytes of data, where did my 1g data go? And this promotional packages are not working for me because I can't even view the data remaining I have to call all the time to check that. It does not work like that where is transparency in that. I spoke to Michael now she told me she can see that I have 1g and 2.7 data remaining but another SMS came through saying my data bundle has been depleted how come? I have been a vodacom client for 9years because of their service, what is going on now???
