I am a customer of auto-page for 20 years! I have for the first time ever received a bill of R3500 for my monthly bill. I use a blackberry torch and i pay for my bis services! They now state that i have a R 2016 of data usage on my account, how is this possible as blackberry bis service includes internet browsing! I have had 2 strokes and cannot afford to pay a bill of R 3500 this is not what i signed for at all! Now they are stating that i am suppose to use the blackberry browser instead of vodacom! No where on my applications do i even have a vodacom browser i usually just use the browser tab on my phone! I cannot see how i have gad my account with them for so long and now i get such a bill! I am now sitting without a phone as they cut me off! I went to the alberton brach and even the lady said to me sir how is it possible for u to use do much data if u are on blackberry!
