Account is over R2 200 in 10 days

I took out a new cellphone contract (BB Z10) which is R279pm and it includes 75 minutes, 200mb data and 200 smses. On the 3rd day my account was already at R330, I bought a 250mb data bundle on top of the 200mb only to receive an sms saying that the data bundle has been depleted and I am now being charged out of data bundle rates, I took the phone to Vodacom Chatz were it was purchased and asked the guy how is it possible that the account is going up and that the sms says Im out of data bundles. He checked the balances with me and I still had the full 250mb bundle available as well as some of the data from the original bundle, so I dont understand how this is possible. On the 10th day my account was R2 200 and I still had an active data bundle and I was told that it was because I was using the internet, I am getting no help from Vodacom.
