Bought data and never received

I bought a new iPad mini from vodacom cape gate while on holiday I ran out of data, unable to load data via the vodacom app, I loaded data via standard bank at dubbed the rate, back at the branch they told me I am only able to buy data from the vodashop and cant buy data via the app, ok what's the app for???

Anyway I bought. A bundle for R149, on 17/01/2013 at 13.14 at cape gate the sales lady explained the data will be loaded directly on the sim.

It's now been 2 weeks if not more and I still having received my data.

I phoned vodacom 17 times and spend a lot of money on fuel up and down to and from vodacom cape gate.

What's happening?

Where is my data?

We now moved into February, meaning the data has expired, the once I never received!!
