MTN Insurance call center not working

I'm trying to get through to the MTN insurance call center but when I dial their number it hangs up on me. Then I call the customer care and i asked to be transferred to insurance, it tells me my number is invalid and it hangs up on me. Please help because I'm tired repeat this circle to get through and make my claim
