Hahahahahahaha - automated responses... you guys say the same rubbish all the time. I will be cancelling my phone contract - paying the R7 000 - as well as cancelling my boyfriends phone contract and laptop - that I pay for.
You guys have no IDEA how to treat customers. No idea how Mtn even got where they are today. What must go up, must come down.
I had to phone in and was on the phone for 3 hours - thats how this issue got sorted.
Looks like everyone that works for MTN only has a Standard 5.
