Hi, i took out a extra contract with you guys Blackberry 9320 fine all went well delivered the phone in 3 days.. had the phone decided to use my same nr on the blackberry and asked them to load BIS.. after not even 2 days the phone freezes and also just switched off so i called them to come and collect the phone and cancel it - no use having a phone and every 2nd day it decides to go off... ( You guys have still not collected the phone). I then after cancelling the Blackberry asked for my 1 Gig data to be loaded again as per my contract agreement (not my fault that our stupid phones does not work)... This morning i checked and not loaded like promised last week! i am really frustrated and going to take this further im a paying customer and want my original plan to be loaded again or i will go and fight (Free Lawyer )- Family so try me... I want my data and plan to be loaded today or i will contact the lawyer... R399 1 GIG, 100 Sms's, 100 Min... Nikita
