Good morning
Mr Adams would like to know how does he go about to cancel his contract, since he is paying for a simcard and not a phone, because to his knowledge and everyone else is that you paying for the phone. I think in cases like this you guys should inform your clients what they paying for and that is also stated in the consumer act. You guys did not explain this to him. So who is at fault here.
Also if he should take his phone away to nokia since you guys reffered him to them who is paying for yet because it's a contract phone?
Last question, since the phone is a faulty phone can he get other phone and still pay contract?
You said it water damage what proof do you have that it is because that phone never fell in water, you cant say his hands sweats which it does not, a phone you suppose to keep in your hand so that of sweat is bull.

I sent this message to the manager on thursday of autopage and she read it but did not reply, they have been giving bad service since phone started to give problems its a contract phone but yet all damages we paid for thus far and its not fair to custome
