Phone not working after sending it in 3 times

I took out a new contract with Vodacom in September last year. My micro phone was not working I send the phone in a month after getting it. When I received the phone back it still had the same problem. I then sent it back for the second time. I then received a new phone and it had the same micro phone problem where the person on the other line cant hear me. I then sent the phone back for the 3rd time. I refuse to get the same phone back because all they do is a soft ware upgrade. I want a new phone and I want this resolved today. If it means cancelling this contract for me to take out a new one as I never did have this phone as it was always in for repairs. This is becoming to much now and I want a new phone / contract. I am not willing to pay in anything as this was not my fault. I want my phone replaced with the new pink samsung s4 mini with no additional cost. so the best is to cancel this dam contract so that I can take out a new one for that phone. the phone is R80 more a month which I am willing to pay. I want this sorted out today or I will take this matter future. I have 3 contracts with vodacom. My tab needs to be sent in and I had to send in a brand new modem for softwa
