I have been waiting 2 weeks for a laptop!

I have opened a contract with Vodacom for a laptop. I told them I needed it urgently and they said they will try get it as soon as possible. I went to the store every day last week to follow up, each time I was told that the courier didn't bother to deliver and it's not their fault. I was understanding until Thursday (which is when they said it would be there). I went in and it wasn't in. I went again Saturday and it wasn't there. they said latest that it would be there Monday afternoon. I went... still nothing. I went Tuesday and still nothing... I requested that they deliver it to me and the lady said its ok. Up until now I have patient and understanding. I phoned yesterday at 9:15am and was told that they had just opened and couldn't help me but someone will phone me back. I have still received no contact from anyone. This, in my opinion is unacceptable. I want my laptop today or I am cancelling my contract with you guys.
