I got my wife a iPhone 4s on contract with you guys.
The screen malfunctioned and we took it to your office in Midrand to be sent away for repairs.
1. You did not have a phone my wife could use, as she is blind.
This is not such a big issue, as she is now using my phone whilst hers is in for repairs, and I am using the replacement phone.
2. The service center sent her a message stating that we have to pay R1300 for the repairs. - The phone is not water damaged and still under contract/warranty, so why do I have to pay?
We told the lady that I will be out of the country, so any communication regarding her phone needs to be handled with her as I will not be reachable.
3. She phoned the call center today to try and get a better idea of what is going on and they refused to help her. This after we stated that I will not be reachable and that any correspondence will have to be via my wife.
4. When my wife asked to speak to a manager at the call center to explain the situation, your agent refused to put her through to one. That how you treat your customers?
Phone my wife on the number I provided and talk to her. Get this sorted, and I demand that she get an apology for her treatment
