Contract signed up for and Bill different

I signed up for a special in December @ Vodacom Shop in Greenstone for the following:
1. HP 58 Compaq laptop
2. Samsung Pocket and
3. Wifi - all for the price of R299 pm.
I am being billed for the laptop and Samsung phone seperately while the contract signed was for R299 when the stock arrived in January.

I cannot afford the current R308.50 plus R213.53 charged monthly. If I could afford this, I would have bought a better laptop and never signed for a contract that was advertised for R299pm. I am not even using the Samsung as the Sim that was supplied with the phone does not work. My husband was with me when the lady told me in December that there is no stock and she will have to place the order. I did not get a copy of my contract when I signed up and was not informed of changes (if any).

I have never experienced such bad service from Vodacom, and this was the last contract I ever took out with Vodacom. As they expire, I will be cancelling due to bad experiences I had so far. The Company has grown too fast and does not care about the customers anymore. I did not receive any response from a consultant - only automated.
