My Phone started giving me problems on 9th August 2013 and I thought it was only a network problem. After one week I realized that the device was faulty whereby I took it to an MTN outlet 17th Aug where I was advised that the emei number of the phone and sim tray did not correspond. The lady than asked if I still had the invoice and box that the phone was delivered to me and suggested I take it to a branch nearer to me which was than Southgate mall. All the relevant paperwork that I had in my possession was handed in at Southgate Mall 20th August 13. After numerous email correspondence and visits to the branch the device to date is still not fixed > Herewith ref numbers that has been sent after every complaint 'Get Closure- Ref 67105 dd 30/08/13
No Feedback MTN, Helicopter complain 10/9/13 -mtn replied REQ2746681 11/9/13 complain 1/10 - mtn reply REQ 2746681 5/10- MTN complains REQ 2481482 / 2584857 / 2614299 no contact-HRVC Repairs REF 7099008-emails to Sipho Southgate Mall as per the following dates 29 30 Aug - 19/20/25/26/27/30 Sept phone not fixed as yet. I am a contract customer and have also now being billed for Aug/Sept/Oct subscription fees
