Cellphone contract

I was very impressed when I applied for a cellphone contract and it was approved in less than 48 Hours. I received my new phone last week Friday and since then it has proven to be a nightmare to activate sim. Try calling them to resolve it or query it, ends up being a frustrating exercise. All they do is pass the buck. FNB sells these contracts on behalf on cell C, FNB should be responsible to ensure I am an active user.

I will be cancelling this today due to breach of contract if not resolved. Guys, stay aware and do not attempt to take out an FNB cell phone contract, you will be asking for trouble. Rather opt and go to people who know what they doing.
