So this is my second report now. After writing the first one plus feedback, MTN coverage came to my house and installed an antenna that has a cable that connects to my dongle in my laptop. So now I have internet which is wonderfull, the problem is that my biggest issue was the signal for my phone. The guys gave me a pad that connects to the cable. The problem is that I have to stay in that area of my house, I cannot move my laptop or phone as the cable only reaches so far. I have a duplex. The wire is upstairs in my bedroom, so when I am downstairs watching TV or cooking I have no signal. I am a matron at a hospital and am on call every second week, so I need to be available on my phone. Also the gate at my complex works on my phone. I phoned the same day the guys installed the antenna and got the usual response I will log a call. While the guys were there, I told them that this is not a solution to my problem and they said I must phone the call centre. I am so fed up!!! I cannot cancel my contract without paying in a fortune but I do not get the use out of my phone that I should! This fight has been going on since July last year, come on MTN surely you can find a solution?!!!
