I called the legal, customer care & Accounts department & nobody can assist me in getting my statements as requested from March 2012 to february 2013, I need this for my income Tax returns. A service request has already been logged but I received no feedback 3, They only sent it from June 2012 which was when I took out my 3g Contract for a modem I also need the statements to claim back from a previous contract rom March 2012 which ended in February 2013 I have been paying this and now need a statement from Vodacom & it is unfair that you cannot assist is this how a client gets treated because the contract is ended you are not willing to spend time/Effort to assist evn thou I am still a client? The attitude of the staff is just very blunt that they cant assist because it does not show on their Computer Screen which is just about as narrow as Vodacom's Mentality, IS Vodacom now to big For ME???
