I went to upgrade two weeks ago (on a Wednesday) and the store said they have no stock (Samsung S4 mini) and that they will order but will get my phone by that Friday, i then received pop up messages on my phone on the Saturday saying that my contract has been changed so i went in to the store to find out whats going on and the lady told me not to worry about the messages and that i will get my phone by the latest Tuesday! On Tuesday i tried calling the store but had no luck so the Wednesday morning i e-mailed dealer queries who also could not get through to the store. On the Friday (over a week later) i phoned the store and finally got through and they told me that my phone had arrived so after work i rushed through to go and get it and they ordered me the black phone instead of the white as requested, they told me that the warehouse is out of stock! Till today i have not received a phone call telling me what is going on!!!
