After numerous attempts to subscribe to the online services supplied by Nashua mobile, I am left despondent.
Trying to be a responsible consumer and follow up on my accounts and billing online. Continually get blocked form accessing my account details.
Also trying to setup the click2recharge service has proven a challenge - still waiting for my login details more than 72 hours later, although the website message said I will receive it in 24 hours.
Conveniently for Nashua Mobile you are requested to phone the customer services for every such error or online issue. Why have an online service then?
